We build your sales department. And hand it over working.
Profiles, hiring, processes, tech stack and direction: we build the complete sales department, run it with you and make an orderly transition to your team. No eternal agency dependency.

goal: it runs on its own
50+ companies have trusted NoBuSales
Building sales in-house, without having done it before, is expensive
Not because of payroll: because of the 12 months of trial and error nobody gives you back.
You hire the wrong profile
A closer when you need an SDR; an expensive senior when the problem is the system.
Without process, talent goes to waste
Good people executing badly because nobody defined stages, messaging or criteria.
The stack turns into a Frankenstein
A half-configured CRM, loose spreadsheets and tools nobody uses.
Nobody's directing
No rituals, no metrics, every week improvised. And the CEO plays manager in spare moments.
We build it as if it were ours
Because while we build it, we run it:
People
Profile definition, hiring and team training
System
Processes, CRM, playbook, cadences and metrics
Direction
We operate with you and transfer the direction in an orderly way
A department that works without us — that's the deliverable.
What we do
From zero (or from chaos) to an operational department, on four fronts:
People
- Profile definition based on your ticket and sales cycle
- Search, screening and interviews with real cases
- Complete outbound training (the same our SDRs get)
System and processes
- CRM configured with your real pipeline and automations
- Sales playbook: ICP, messaging, objections and qualification
- Calling cadences and a documented Notion workspace
Operation and handover
- We run the department with you for the first weeks
- Direction rituals installed (kick-off, 1:1s, weekly close)
- Orderly transition: your manager takes over with the system running
The structure we leave built
Everything documented, everything in your accounts, everything transferable:
Team hired and trained
SDRs/AEs selected for fit with your market, not for a pretty CV.
Your own CRM
Pipeline by stages, automations, mandatory fields and dashboards.
Sales playbook
ICP, messaging, scripts, objections and qualification criteria.
Notion workspace
A sales operations manual: onboarding for future hires included.
Calling cadences
Call sequences with priorities and follow-ups; email only to warm up the next call.
Direction rituals
Weekly cadence and metric panels per rep, ready for your manager.
From zero to a department up and running
Joint build and operation, with a handover at the end:
Diagnosis and design
Ticket, cycle, market and goals → team structure and system to build.
System
CRM, playbook, cadences, Notion and metrics. Infrastructure first.
Hiring
Profiles defined, search, interviews and selection with our screening.
Training and launch
Intensive week + roleplays. The team starts with the system validated.
Joint operation and handover
We direct with you, measure, and hand over the direction with the engine running.
The end of the project isn't a report: it's your team working without us.
The metrics we install
The department is delivered with its dashboard, not just people.
Volume
Operational activity
- Daily contacts per rep
- Real conversations
- Accounts touched
Conversion
Funnel and efficiency
- Account → meeting
- Show rate
- % per stage
Quality
Real pipeline
- Valid opportunities
- Tickets in pipeline
- Reliable forecast
Evolution
Continuous improvement
- Monthly trend
- Ramp of every new hire
- Market feedback
Doing it alone vs. doing it with us
Same destination; what changes is what it costs to get there.
Our incentive is to finish: the project ends when your department works without us.
What we hand over
A department, not a PowerPoint.
A team hired, trained and producing
CRM + playbook + cadences + Notion, in your accounts
Direction rituals installed and working
A metrics dashboard per rep and a forecast
An operations manual for future hires
Post-handover support so nothing falls over
And if it doesn't work?
The plan, month by month
A B2B sales cycle runs about three months. That is why the plan is six and not some other number: two full cycles — one to open and one for what was opened to resolve. With less, you judge the channel before it has had time to answer.
Sales cycle 1months 1–3Pipeline opens
Sales cycle 2months 4–6What was opened closes
- 1month
- 2month
- 3month
- 4month
- 5month
- 6month
3 months in a row off targetyou walk away with no penalty, wherever it falls in the plan
The target is measured and published all six months, not just at the end.
6 months
Two full sales cycles. Not twelve, not open-ended.
A monthly target
Agreed before we start. In the platform, same day.
Walk away, no penalty
Three months without hitting it and you leave, free.
What we guarantee
- Accounts worked and conversations, measured every month.
- Meetings booked with the decision-maker.
- An exit after three months off target, at no cost.
What we will not promise you
- Closed deals in 30 days: the real B2B cycle runs about 3 months.
- Revenue from month one.
- That your market says yes.
It is written into the terms, not said on a call.
What we get asked about this service
How long does the project take?
Depends on the starting point and whether hiring is needed: typically between 3 and 6 months to full handover. We define it with milestones in the assessment.
Do you hire or do we hire?
You hire (the team is yours from day 1); we define profiles, screen, interview with you and train. No hidden headhunting fees.
What if I already have part of the team?
Even better: we audit what's there, build the system around it and train the existing team. Nobody starts from scratch for the fun of it.
Want sales in-house, properly built?
Tell us your starting point and we'll come back with a milestone plan: what we build, when we hire and when we hand it over.
